Past Governors
Sue Farr - Vice Chair and Co-Opted Governor - Resigned
My name is Sue Farr. I was appointed in September 2012 as Vice Chair although have been a Governor for just over four years. Resigned in July 2018.
I retired from the Local Authority where I had been working closely with schools and had an interest in developing services specifically for pupils with Special Needs. During this time i worked closely with The School Food Trust to develop standards specifically for children with special needs. The Livity School was used as a case study and the new guidance was launched from the school. I have been an active member of the school transition group which supported the head teacher towards the move to the new, purpose built school. I am passionate, and proud, about improving the lives of children with disabilities and their familes.
